☆ So I'm back from my trip to Echuca!
☆ Overall, it was a pretty mediocre vacation but it was still enjoyable.
☆ I didn't get many pictures of food (surprisingly!). I was too busy playing around with my parents' DSLR. My dad recently bought one of those super hardcore massive lenses that's bigger than the camera itself. If you put that on the camera as well as a flash thing that's bigger than the camera, it's really heavy!
I finally bought one of these. In total, my family found 2 of the giveaway sticks (:
Risotto of the day at the hotel restaurant. It was pretty yummy ^^
☆ We had Thai for dinner on the first night (: It was delicious, but ridiculously overpriced for what they served. The thing about going to rural country towns, is that you have to be prepared to pay something like $25 for a small dish of curry. That's even more than they charge you in the city =_="
☆ We didn't do much on the first day. We visited a Sunday market where they sold cheap jewelry imported from China and fake designer bags for $50 (Go to South Korea or Hong Kong if you want fake designer bags!).
☆ This was the hotel we stayed at. It's four stars and it's not too bad. Although the only thing I had complaints about was the fact that the spa in the room wasn't in a room. It was in the open!
☆ The second day was a lot busier. We visited a private military vehicle gallery and my parents did some wine tasting. The amount of vehicles, army medals, guns, uniforms this guy had collected was amazing! They run their own vineyard too!
☆ All these photos were taken by me using the DSLR which is why the quality is so much better!
☆ My parents realised that we had already visited Echuca before.

☆ We also went to Billabong Ranch where they have trail rides and things like that. We took a 1hr trail ride and oh my gosh, my horse kept wandering off to eat grass! We trotted a little and I don't understand how people who ride regularly can withstand it! It's fun but my inner thighs were very sore the next morning...
☆ Last stop on our trip was to Bendigo. We weren't there for long, but my mum was surprised at how modern it was. In other words, the fact they had stores like The Body Shop and Supre etc.

✖ So now I'm trying to frantically catch up with all my schoolwork and study. It feels like I'm suffocating ): Only one more month until the dreaded English Exam!
