Family Reunion
Hello my lovelies!
Full makeup today. But I forgot my eyebrows... :\
Around this time my grandmother passed away three or four years ago. So today we went to the Buddhist temple out in St Albans to pray for her and my grandpa.
☆ It was really crowded at the Temple today, and all the streets nearby were just full of parked cars. To be honest, I don't really like going to the temple because I'm not religious at all and it feels strange to light incense and pray to gods I don't believe in. I only go to pay respects to my grandma and grandpa.
☆ We met up with my cousins from my father's side and we all went for Yum Cha at Gold Leaf at Docklands. I have to confess, when I go to Yum Cha, I only like to eat a few things. Namely Har Gao (Prawn Dumplings?), Siu Mai ("Dimsims"), Yu Ci Gao (?) and Guo Tie (Panfried dumplings). It's actually quite nice there and the service isn't too bad.

The beautiful crystal chandeliers! My crappy digital camera does absolutely no justice to these!
Selca using the mirror in the bathroom.

We also took a 'family trip' to Costco.
☆ I knew Costco was huge, but inside was absolutely overwhelming. I didn't expect to see 'shelves' ceiling high full of Nutella, boxes of oats and protein powder. ☆ Costco is marginally cheaper than your normal retailer, but I'm not sure if the membership is worth it. I guess it'd be worth it if you went quite often.
☆We did come home with a big box of Vitamin Water though. And 2 bags of rice, a packet of croissants, a packet of muffins, a box of pears, some Calvin Klein plain white shirts (which I plan on using as pyjamas), toothpaste, some marinated meat and truffles (the chocolate kind).
☆ My family likes to spend money.

✖ Time to study for my SAC tomorrow! I'm too lazy to write more notes, I'll leave that to the holidays. I plan on reading my notes until I fall asleep.
❤ By the way, my 11:11 wish from this morning came true.
