Good Friday to you too

Hello my lovely!
Photobucket
I really really like this photo of me (:

I promised pictures today.

Today is Good Friday. I'm not a religious person at all. I'm aetheist. I actually wrote a piece last year for English and I put it up on my Writing Blog. Which is ...

HERE

My sister thinks Jesus was born on Easter. How fail.

Anyway, I did Pied Pipers again this year. I did it in Year 9 and 10. It makes you feel really good about collecting money for a charitable cause. Plus we get heaps of food which is a nice bonus.

The area we went around collecting was quite... dodgy. Lots of flats and we're not actually allowed to knock on flats, so we passed by a lot of houses. I doorknocked with Lily and Alice. Alice's mum was so lovely and kept calling us 'cherubs' which I thought was sweet.

At around 10AM, I knocked on a door and this 50 year old lady answered. I did the standard "Good morning, we're collecting money for the Good Friday Appeal, would you like to donate?" and she mumbled "You woke me up" in a really grumpy tone. I know it's a public holiday but really, 10AM? Grr.

Yeah, weird huh?

We arrived back at school a lot earlier than we expected. So we got to take some extra food (: I 'looted' one banana, one muesli cookie, a apricot rice bar thing, two Lindt bunnies, a hot cross bun, a can of Diet Coke, a bottle of water and plenty of Easter eggs.

My parents' workplace has their annual easter egg handout. And this is what happens when you give it to my sister.

This is what I wore yesterday. I got this in Korea (:

Lips are feeling quite dry. I think I should have bought Nivea instead, but being Asian, I couldn't resist the 'free' strawberry chapstick.

This is some good quality eye rib steak. Yum. I love steak. I'm quite "manly" when it comes to food.
